There are many rules and regulations that apply to horse properties only and these change depending on whether you are in the County or the City. There are neighborhoods that are very equestrian friendly with softer footing and access to extensive trail riding. While there are neighborhoods that have very rocky footing with minimal or no access to trail riding making your horse experience not so pleasant. There are many facets of horse properties such as quality of construction, quality of barns, corral fencing, equestrian amenities and layout of the facilities which only a horse person would understand. I have extensive experience and knowledge in all facets of horse properties. Terri worked for my wife and I to sell our home and buy a new one.
